These terms govern the website-as-a-service plans and related services provided by Gist Hub Solutions (“GistHub”, “we”, “us”) to you, the client. By subscribing to a plan you agree to these terms.
1. What is included
Each plan includes the design and build of your website, domain registration or management, hosting, SSL, backups, security updates and the support described on the Pricing page for that plan. Features not listed for your plan, such as online shops, custom integrations or advertising management, are quoted separately before any work begins.
2. Fees and payment
Plans are billed monthly in Ghana cedis, in advance, by Mobile Money, bank transfer or card. There is no upfront build fee. If a payment is more than 14 days late we may suspend the website until the account is brought up to date. Prices may change with at least 30 days written notice.
3. Term and cancellation
Plans run month to month with no fixed term. Either party may cancel with 30 days written notice (email or WhatsApp is fine). Because the design and build cost is spread across the subscription, a minimum of three paid months applies to new builds before cancellation takes effect; after that you may cancel at any time.
4. Your content and ownership
You own your domain name, your logo, your text, images and other content, and the data collected through your site. You confirm you have the right to use any content you give us. On cancellation, once the account is settled, we will transfer your domain to you and provide an export of your content on request.
The underlying theme, code and design systems we build with remain ours or are licensed under open-source terms. You receive a licence to use them for your site while you are a client.
5. Our responsibilities
We will build your site to a professional standard, keep it online, secure and updated, and respond to support requests within one business day. Scheduled maintenance will be carried out at low-traffic times where possible. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or specific search engine rankings.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide content and feedback in good time, keep your contact and payment details current, keep any login details secure, and not use the website for anything unlawful, deceptive or harmful.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits or lost data caused by factors outside our reasonable control.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. We will always try to resolve any disagreement directly and in good faith first.
